A 1969 Chevrolet El Camino that I found at the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals…A blown alcohol big block 468 street beast…This 1969 Chevrolet El Camino from the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals has been totally redone with all the top of the line parts to make sure that it can get the around 1000 HP to the ground….The body is straight as arrow and covered in atomic orange paint that just goes crazy with color in the sun and looks pretty good under the lights of the indoor portion of the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals..The interior in what you would have found at the Chevrolet dealer back in 1969 is a SS Chevelle or 69 El Camino…Very nice and fits this build perfectly…This 1969 Chevrolet El Camino doesn’t have many body modifications…But the metal work for the whole in the hood is a work of art and a very cool feature of this 1969 Chevrolet El Camino….If your into the Pro Street style hot rod your going to love this 1969 Chevrolet El Camino…If your just into cool hot rods than for sure don’t miss this 1969 Chevrolet El Camino from the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals it will make you want to go drag race someone..lol..Check it out!!

Every year at the Goodguy’s PPG Nationals in Columbus Ohio they crown Street Machine of the Year…There are several events that lead up to the announcement of the 2018 GoodGuy’s Street Machine of the year. First they are all gathered in a parking lot on the Ohio Expo fairgrounds….Than sometime on Friday morning GoodGuy’s line up all the cars that are competing for the title of 2018 GoodGuy’s Street Machine of the year….Then they parade those cars through the fairgrounds over to the GoodGuy’s Autocross track were they are required to make two laps…To prove they will stop and run on their own…After that…The 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals Street Machine of the year cars are put in a building for public viewing….In this video from the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals I follow these cars through each of these stages…This is a BIG event that everyone works hard and looks forward to every year….Some very cool builds for sure and you get to see them running and driving..Then just setting under the lights in all their glory looking cool…I think your going to really enjoy this video…Check it out!!!

A 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt editions that I found at the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals in Columbus Oh…The much anticipated 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt edition has not even hit the streets…As of the time this video was shot….The 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt edition was not available to the public..This 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt Edition from the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals was a pre-production car so it is important to note that what you see in the video of this 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt edition may not be what you see when these 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt Editions hit the dealer show rooms…All of the bullitt editions only come in green and they all have the 5.0 Coyote under the hood….Brembo breaks on all four corners….So you should be able to drive it just like the one in the movie…They are cool Cars…Check it out!!!

A real deal Split Window 1963 Chevrolet Corvette that I found at the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals in Columbus Oh…VetteZilla as it has been named is a street car with a big chip on it’s shoulder…A Blown 555 Chevrolet Big Block with a 671 BDS Blower making 1400 HP with a 500 Shot of NOS sticking through what little hood there is room for is the first thing you will notice….With a very cool Carbon fiber intake…Actually there is a lot of carbon fiber in this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette VetteZilla from the 2018 GoodGuy’s PPG Nationals….The floor pan….Most of the dash….All Carbon Fiber…Yet the interior still has a 63 Split Window Corvette feel….Even with the tubs to hold the 20’s out back and a roll bar. It still has a Corvette feel ..I think that there will be a lot of Corvette fans freaked out over the fact that someone cut up a precious 1963 Split Window Corvette….But if you are going to cut one up….Make it count…I think you will dig it…Check it out!!

A walk through the 2018 Pigeon forge Rod Run Spring held at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge TN….The Pigeon Forge Rod Run has been having two shows a year…One in the spring….One in the Fall..For over 30 years….The spring show host the ScottieDTV Dirty Dozen….Around twelve cool Hot Rods I have posted to ScottieDTV YouTube channel and ScottieDTV.com….But there are also several cool Hot Rods that aren’t part of that invited group….In this video I do a quick walk around of the indoor portion of the 2018 Pigeon Forge Rod Run Spring….Keep in mind this is not all there is to see at the Pigeon Forge Rod Run….The whole town of Pigeon Forge Tn is cool Hot Rods from one end of town to the other…So get something cold to drink and let Me do the walking as we check out all the cool that was inside the LeConte Center at the 2018 Pigeon Forge Rod Run spring….Very cool for sure…Check it out!!!

The 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Sports Sedan “Boosted Bella” I caught up with this over the top 56 Chevy at the 2018 Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama….Debuted at the 2015 SEMA Show….I’m still not sure how I missed it back in 2015…But in 2018 at the Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama it was still just as cool….No high dollar paint job on this one…Real patina is how Boosted Bella rolls…She don’t wear a fancy dress…This Bella is more of a wore out jeans and a t-shirt kinda girl…lol….And although some may think she looks wore out herself…Not the case….Open any of the 4-doors..That’s right…You have to look twice…But this Hot Rod is a 4-door…And if you open any of them…You will see a way cool…Very nicely done custom leather interior….And it’s just what this Custom 1956 Chevrolet needed….Let’s you know….Under all that patina is a very nice car…Supercharged LS under the hood….When she wears one..This is one cool Hot Rod..I loved it.. And think you will to!..Check it out!!

A 1962 Ford Unibody pickup I found at the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South in Knoxville Tn…You don’t see a ton of these 1962 Ford Unibody Pickups since they were only around for 3 years … And although they have a sleek cool look…The bed and the cab being one piece turned out to be a bad idea…This 1962 Ford unibody Pick up has been restored to a very high level although not over the top or so nice that you would be afraid to get it out and cruise around…There is a 351 Cleveland under the hood..These 1962 Ford unibody Pickups are kinda rare so you wouldn’t want to make a lot of modifications to it and the modifications that have been done to this 1962 Ford Unibody Pickup from the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South from Knoxville Tn are very tasteful…I thought it was a very nice build..I think you will to..Check it out!!

A 1979 AMC AMX Spirit I found in a back building at the Auctions America complex…These AMC Spirits were AMC replacement for the Gremlin…I always thought that the AMC Spirits were much cooler though..And I know it wasn’t any more than a sticker package..But I have always been a fan of the AMX….American Motors is long gone now but it is always cool to see something like this 1979 AMC AMX Spirit..And think back to when these were running the streets….The Auctions America Auburn Fall Collector Car Weekend is so much more than a Classic Car Auction and you never know what you will find while walking the property….This 1979 AMC AMX Spirit may not be any real Hot Rod…But I think it is cool and I think you will to…Check it out!!!

A 1971 Chevrolet Camaro I found at the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals south in Knoxville Tn…I’m a BIG fan of these 2nd Gen Camaro and this one is just about perfect….First the color is different…But I like it…Not even sure what to call it….Brownish?…It presents as a split bumper…Whether it is a real one or not…I don’t know…It has a LS under he hood…A great stance and wheel choice…..It is very nicely done…But not over done…A award winner for sure…But a 1971 Chevrolet Camaro that can still be taken out and cruised….The interior is a combination of custom and late model Camaro seats…If there is anything I would change on this 1971 Chevrolet Camaro from the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South…Is the seat….The rest of the Car is so nice;…It looks like they grabbed some seats out of the Car next to it in the garage so they could make the show…Very nice seats…Just don’t fit the rest of the build…imho..This 1971 Chevrolet Camaro is done in what I would consider a pro touring style….With a touch of street machine here and there…It’s one if your a fan of the 2nd gen camaro your going to love…Check it out!!!

A 1972 Chevrolet C/10 Muscle Truck that I caught up with as it was just leaving Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors with a new all leather custom interior…This truck showed up at Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interior with a custom interior already in it. ….But as the owner tells Me He bought the 1972 Chevrolet Pickup after it had been through total restoration….He said as cool as it was He wanted to put His own touch on it and take it to the next level…..After some small changes and watching several ScottieDTV videos He knew where it needed to go…I mean the stance was right….. There is a 454 Big Block punched out to a 468 under the hood…He was good with the wheel choice….It was almost there…It just needed that Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom interiors touch to make it perfect..And as you will hear Him tell us…Except for some billet hood hinges he is finished….Now all He wants to do is fill this 1972 Chevrolet C/10 Muscle Truck up with gas and drive the wheels off of it…Very nice 1972 Chevy pickup … Check it out!!!
