1965 Chevrolet C/10 Street Truck “The General” 2019 Detroit Autorama

The 1965 Chevrolet C/10 Street Truck “The General” from the 2019 Detroit Autorama….Talk about one cool truck…This 1965 Chevrolet c/10 is covered in a mint green paint…Not a color that you would think would work as well as it does…But it really POPS!!…There are several different finishes used from highly polished to flat and satin…But most of this 1965 Chevrolet C/10 Pickup from the 2019 Detroit Autorama is a mint green and it works…It’s different from the normal red or black you see so many times on this type of custom truck..Not sure how many body mods have been made to this truck You really don’t need to make many,,,But the floor of the bed has been raised and covered in a very nice dark wood with a titanium color metal strip….Very cool…The interior is custom..But it has a tuff truck look to it and the color really works well with the mint green the rest of the truck is done in…Under the hood is a 383 putting out 430 hp…Wheels are always a personal choice but I really like the wheels they chose for “The General” the 1965 Chevrolet C/10 Street Truck from the 2019 Detroit Autorama…This is one cool pickup…I’m sure you will love it…Check it out!!!

1964 Pontiac Acadian “Anvil” Street Machine Great Eight Winner 2019 Detroit Autorama

The last time JF Kustoms came to the Detroit Autorama they left with the Ridler Award for their 1964 Buick Riviera …This year they rolled into the 2019 Detroit Autorama with a 1964 Pontiac Acadian street machine named “Anvil”…I thought it was a Chevy II when I first seen it..But something seemed a little off…JF Kustoms is a Canadian hot rod builder so it makes sense that they would build a car only offered in Canada…This 1964 Pontiac Acadian from the 2019 Detroit Autorama is nothing like the one that rolled out from GM of Canada back in the day..This 1964 Pontiac Acadian is custom from front to back…and is finished to a very high level from top to bottom…The owner has owned this 1964 Pontiac Acadian since he was 19…The car has been transformed several times over the years and this time it has a pro street look…But with a touch of pro touring mixed in for good measure…The interior is all custom and fits the build well…Wheels are always a personal choice but I have no problem with the ones that JF Kustoms chose for this build…Under the custom hood is a twin turbo charged 632 ci putting out around 2500 HP…The body is covered in a bright white paint with some cool orange and grey graphics that really set it off…This 1964 Pontiac Acadian “Anvil” from the 2019 Detroit Autorama is going to get a lot of attention and I’m sure You will love it…Check it out!!!

1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Street Machine 2018 SEMA Show

Check out this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Street Machine I found in the Ron Francis wiring booth at the 2018 SEMA Show…Covered in House of Kolor “Burt Orange” paint there was no way you were going to walk by this one….And the more I looked at this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle street machine from the 2018 SEMA Show the more I liked it…It has a custom interior or course…4 bucket type seats with a console and speaker in the middle of the rear two…And a center console with shift lever and controls for various functions between the front two…Wheels are always a personal choice and I really like the ones they chose…Black matching the rest of the trim on this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle street machine from the 2018 SEMA Show I think they work well…The stance is low…Just like I like them but you can tell it was built to drive . Under the hood is a supercharged LT4 plug and play from GM Performance and a custom firewall…But the rest is just very clean and OEM looking not a lot of custom panels..I thought this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Street Machine from the 2018 SEMA Show was very cool and I am sure You will to…Check it out!!!

2Jetz Hot Wheels Car 2018 SEMA Show

Check out this one off custom car I found at the 2018 SEMA Show…The winner of the Hot Wheels competition to become a real life Hot Wheels Car you can buy in the store..2Jetz is a cross between a jet airplane a race car and a car that can be driven on the streets… It has a cockpit type enclosure that it is driven from like a aircraft and the Supra J2Z Engine that is turbo charged to give it it’s power…About 627 Hp….It looks like a single seat…but there is room for two…It does draw some inspiration from the Bonneville salt flat cars…Wheels are always a personal choice but I have no problem with the ones that they chose for 2Jetz from the 2018 SEMA Show…This is one crazy build and I thought it was cool..I’m sure you will to..Check it out!!!

1976 Ford B100 Street Truck “El Chapo” 2018 SEMA Show

Check out this 1976 Ford B100 Street Truck..EL Chapo..From the 2018 SEMA Show…If you are unfamiliar with the Ford B100 don’t feel bad..I had never seen one either..It is a 3 door SUV that Ford offered to the Latino market mostly in Mexico…I can’t tell you what is stock and what is custom on this 1976 Ford B100 from the 2018 SEMA Show but I can tell you it is cool…Covered in a medium grey paint with bright red wheels…Wheels are always a personal choice but I’m cool with the wheels they chose…The all custom leather interior is also red and works well with the build..The front grill is all custom but still has a Ford factory look to it..Under the hood is a 5.0 Coyote that has a old school look to it…New school performance and reliability with the look of the past…How cool is that!?!?…This 1976 Ford B100 Street Truck from the 2018 SEMA Show lays flat on the ground but can be raised up to a driving level when you are ready to go cruise…Best of both worlds…I’am a fan of this 1976 Ford B100 El Chapo from the 2018 SEMA Show and I am sure you will be to.. 1972 Mazda R100 Custom Street Machine 2018 SEMA Show

Check out this 1972 Mazda R100 Custom Street Machine I found at the 2018 SEMA Show…Now if you follow the channel you know I don’t shoot a lot of imports…But I do believe in cool is cool…and this 1972 Mazda R100 from The SEMA Show 2018 is way cool…
The wide body kit is probably the first thing you would notice as custom on this 1972 Mazda R100….They give it a very aggressive race look…But how long would it take to notice the dual rear tire or split rim setup the fender flairs are covering??…A very cool idea to give the proper traction for the turbo charged 20 B three rotor 700+HP engine under the hood and the desired rotating mass they needed for the correct handling of this all custom 1972 Mazda R100 from the 2018 SEMA Show…The interior is all custom and very race inspired much like the rest of the build….The white and gold paint is very fitting for a build from the 1970’s…It took over 11 years to build this one…I think it was time well spent and I am sure you will to..Check it out!!

1956 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup Hot Rod 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South

Check out this custom 1956 Chevrolet Pickup I found at the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South from Knoxville Tn…This 56 Chevy Pickup is old school cool…Covered in dark green paint it has some very cool ghost flames coming from the nose to the back of the cab.. Wheels are always a personal choice but chrome steelies and wide whites have stood the test of time and this 1956 Chevrolet Pickup Hot Rod from the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals South wears them well….The stance is low…But gives this 56 Chevy Pickup just the right look…imho…Under the hood is a small block Chevrolet…Very clean but stock looking…Set up to drive…Looking through the windows of this 1956 Chevrolet Hot Rod Pickup you will find a really cool custom interior..A hot rod interior….But a very fitting for this build..It has a kinda Houndstooth pattern…That is green and black…really works with the rest of the build…Custom but not over the top..A truck that will have you thinking about cruising down a beachfront road somewhere…I thought it was a very cool example of a 1956 Chevrolet Pickup Hot Rod and I think you will to..Check it out!!

1969 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible Pace Car Pro Touring 2018 SEMA Show

Check out this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible that I found at the 2018 SEMA Show…Built by Detroit Speed..I’m not sure if it started life as a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro pace car…Or if Detroit Speed intended it to be a custom pro touring version of the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro pace car..But that’s what I see… A modern day version of the 69 Camaro Pace car and I’m a fan..The 1st generation camaro doesn’t need a bunch of body mods or crazy custom work to be made cool..They were cool form the factory back and 1969 and the changes that Detroit Speed has made to this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro didn’t take away from any of that cool…They just added some cool features to make it a little aggressive…A little more modern…And yes a little more cool….Tucked the bumpers…Added some louvers to the hood..And under that hood a LS engine but not a lot of paneling or custom work but very clean and nice….It still has the iconic white and orange paint scheme but with a modern Detroit Speed touch…Very cool in my opinion…Wheels are always a personal choice but I’m cool with the ones they chose for this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro from the 2018 SEMA Show….They fit the build….I know the 69 Camaro has been done to death and your thinking I have seen them all..But I think you will find this one a little different and appreciate it as much as I did…Check it out!!!
