1987 Buick Grand National T-Top Mostly Original

A 1987 Buick Grand National….And that is where this description could stop….I mean what else needs to be said….When you hear Buick Grand National….Your heart should start to race…I mean when these cars hit the streets!?!…They put fear into every hot rod setting at a traffic light ..I mean no one wanted to get beat by a 6 cyl!?!?…And you knew it was possible….lol…To look at what we have available from the factory today…The Buick Grand National is nothing….I mean…mini vans have more horsepower now then the Buick Grand Nationals did…But what a game changer they were.
And I think they get the respect they deserve…I always take time to check one out if I see one…They make Me smile…And when I find one that is as original as this one…With the history it has…Only two owners and the current owner has had it since high school…On top of it being a really original 1987 Buick Grand National…It’s a T-top car. and being a child of the 80’s…I love T-tops!!…I was down visiting Concept One Pulley Systems a couple of weeks back and got Randy one of the owners of Concept One Pulley Systems to get this classic cool Buick out of the garage and let Me shoot a little video of it…Cool Car for sure..I think you will agree…Check it out!!!

1962 Ford Galaxie Convertible “Twin Turbo Coyote” Muscle Machine 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals

A 1962 Ford Galaxie Convertible I found at the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals….These 62 Ford Galaxie were cool cars back in the day so one doesn’t want to make a bunch of changes to it…But if your going to Hot Rod one the best place to start is under the hood and this 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 XL from the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals has had the perfect addition added under there…A twin turbo Coyote…How cool is that!!!….The stance is set up to drive…Wheels are always a personal choice…But I can work with the ones that this 62 Galaixe has…The interior has been redone but it still has a stock look to it…Just what this car needed…It’s not a over the top custom so keeping it close to stock was the rite choice..imho…It’s had a buch on body mods made to it…But there were done rite so it’s hard to tell… If you don’t know what your looking at….Some very cool custom emblems….Just a nice clean build that you will be dreaming about cruising for a long time…I’m a fan and I think you will be to…Check it out!!

Scottie D's How To Videos

1950 GMC Pickup Muscle Truck 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals

A 1950 GMC Pickup Street Truck I found at the 2018 NSRA Street Rod Nationals…The firs thing that caught my eye was the bright blue paint…Just beautiful….And I’m not what finish was used on the trim..Maybe black Chrome…or nickle?…I’m not sure…But it works…The interior is all custom…And white….And then that white is carried through out the build…The wheels are always a personal choice and I think these work well….I’m guessing it’s on bags because it is laying on the ground…So it has the perfect stance A LS under the hood…What else would you put?…This 1950 GMC truck is just a cool build…I couldn’t get a interview with the owner…But it was way to cool to walk by…I’m a fan and I think you will be to…Check it out!

1963 Ford Thunderbird “Jimmy’s T-bird” Big Oak Garage

A 1963 Ford Thunderbird that Jimmy Posey of Big Oak Garage has been working on for a couple of years…He started out by winning it at The Shades Of The Past Car Show and He drove it for a couple of years…But then He wanted to put His own touch to it…So He fixed the stance….Got it low…But drive-able…..Put some 20 Rocket Wheels on it…Did a little work on the Motor….Not to much…That is the motor that came in the car…The interior was kept stock..Most of it is original to the car…And the rest is in the details…Now this 1963 Ford T-bird is not a over the top custom…Or a high dollar show car…But what it is….Is cool….Set up to drive…Jimmy had it on several road trips this year….Cruiser…I see a lot of this generation Ford Thunderbird…I can usually walk by…But there is something about this 1963 Ford T-Bird that just works for Me…The color combo…..White with that blue interior….The Wheels ….The stance…..All just right for this build….I loved it..I’m sure you will to

A 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Street Machine that I found at the 2018 Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama….This car is custom from front to back…These first generation Chevrolet Camaro where cool from the factory and this 1968 Chevrolet camaro from the 2018 Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama has been taken to the next level…Some will love it and some may feel it was taken to far…Either way everyone should be able to appreciate the amount of work that has been done to this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro It has a aluminum 540 under a all custom hood that has been changed to open in reverse of the way it did from Chevrolet back in 1968…The interior is race inspired as is the whole build…So it fits the build well…Wheels are a personal choice…But I like the ones on this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Street Machine from the 2018 Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama…I’m a big fan of ghost stripes and this 68 Camaro has some very cool ones.. This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Street machine from the 2018 Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama is one that is crazy custom…Way over the top for sure…Check it out!!

1988 Conquest TSI LS Swap 2018 Auto Crusade Car Show

The Conquest TSI has always been a cool car to Me…When they were new on the streets they were little out of my budget..But anytime I find a nice one I have to shoot it…So when I found this 1988 Conquest TSI at the 2018 Auto Crusade Car Show it brought a smile to my face…Little did I know that this was no normal 1988 Conquest TSI….This one has a LS3 under the hood…How cool is that!?!?!..The stance has been improved over stock…The interior while mostly stock..Has had the rear seat removed and some race seats added….The complete car has been upgraded and the owner was out running laps on the autocross track at the 2018 Auto Crusade Car Show….So it’s getting used not just shown….As I’m told in the interview this was this first time the owner had done any kind of Autocross event but He was hooked and with some more upgrades He will be back at the 2019 Auto Crusade Car Show with this 1988 Conquest TSI and plans on being more competitive…A very cool car for sure….Check it out!!

1966 Ford Mustang Pro Touring Concept One Pulley Systems Track Day Atlanta Mortorsports Park

A 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible that I shot at the Concept One Pulley Systems Track Day at the Atlanta Motorsports Park..This car had been in the family for most of it’s life..It started life as a straight six with a three speed…After this 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible had sat in the garage for around 30 years the current owner received it from His Father to do what He had dreamed of since high school..Turn this Ford Mustang into a Hot Rod…Starting with all new Detroit Speed front and rear suspension….Then they added a 351 Create Motor stroked to a 427.The body modifications that have been made are all molded on to the body so there are no gaps…Everything flows under the raspberry candy paint with raspberry candy ghost stripes…Very cool affect for sure… Complete custom interior including a custom dash….18’s all the way around gives it a very nice stance …I mean it’s a 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible a cool car from the factory…That has been turned into a Pro Touring work of art…That I shot at the beautiful Atlanta Motorsports Park…I think you will love it…Check it out!!!
