In this video I check out a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Street Machine at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas Nv…The 1963 Chevrolet Corvette is a iconic sports car from the 1960’s and purist usually frown on anyone customizing one…But this is SEMA and about everything at this event has been modified in one way or another…Including this 1963 Split Window Chevrolet Corvette..This Corvette has not lost any of the cool from the 1960’s and now has some very nice modern touches…The body has been modified is several places but nothing that really jumps out at you..It still looks like a 1963 Split Window Chevrolet Corvette…Just a more modern look..It’s covered in a Medium/Dark grey paint that looks like it is still wet…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…The slightly larger… more aggressive wheels they chose for this 1963 Corvette from the 2019 SEMA Show work well for me…I’m not always a fan of side pipes but I think they work well on this build…The interior is all custom leaning towards a more aggressive street machine look…But again…They didn’t lose any of the cool from 1963…Or that iconic dash…Under the hood has been upgraded to a more modern Chevrolet Engine….Much cleaner than stock…Very nice with plenty of horsepower to get this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette from the 2019 SEMA Show down the road…This car was built to a high standard but you can see it was also built to drive..I thought it was cool..I’m sure You will too.. Just a up date on the progress of the 2015 GMC Yukon Denali…The ScottieDTV SSUV is a work in progress the latest update is a RPM built 4L60e transmission and a new Magnaflow Muffler…I really like the was that the transmission feels and performs….But there is really nothing to see…We have also added a new Magnaflow Muffler…I really like the way the it sounds…Again not much to see…But there is definitely something to hear….I first time the SSUV ran and was tuned right I knew the stock muffler was not going to cut it…It’s hard to capture the true sound of something like this..But I think you will still enjoy hearing it…Check it out!!

In this video while on the ScottieDTV You can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stopped by to see my old buddy Ricky Bobby….And I got there just in time…This 1930 Ford Model A was on it’s way home to Canada the next morning…I shot a feature on this Blue grape Model A …But when Ricky offered to take me for a ride?…I jumped at the opportunity and of course I wanted to bring You along..You see one of these low slung Hot Rods going down the road…The ones that have mail slots for windows and wonder..How can you see out of those…I wonder if they are comfortable to ride in?…Surprisingly they are very comfortable to ride in…And if You compare the visibility to a modern car…It is much different…But not unsafe…Or to the point where You feel like You can’t see what You need to see.. And You know how cool You look…So it’s totally worth it…This 1930 Ford Model A is powered by a supercharged Flathead Ford and gets down the road pretty good…I was impressed…I get to do a lot of cool things that are part of ScottieDTV.com and when I can bring You along…That always makes them even cooler!!.. So set back..Turn up the surround sound…Ricky is doing the driving…I’m holding the camera…I think You will dig it…Check it out!!

In this video from the ScottieDTV You Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stop by and see My good Friend Ricky Bobby… I hadn’t seen Ricky in over a year so when He called Me to see if I wanted to check out His latest build this 1930 Ford Model A…I packed the car and headed His way….Ricky has a style of Hot Rod that He builds…Slammed down Ford Model A’s…With big wheels and a cool engine…The “Canadian Eh” as He has named it is no exception….Ricky is not a fan of air bags so were this one sets…Is where it rides….It’s covered in a color called blue grape…When it is in the shade or a place without direct light…It looks blue…When it gets into the sun or bright light…It’s purple…A cool color for sure…The interior is all custom, very cool and comfortable to ride in…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…These one off custom billet wheels work for me and should work for most…There is no hood…But there is a supercharged flathead setting out front…Very fitting for this build and very cool in my opinion… The morning after I shot this 1930 Ford Model A by Ricky Bobby it was heading home to Canada…One very cool Hot Rod for sure…I dig it and I am sure You will to…Check it out!!

In this video I do a little walking around at the 2019 Auto Crusade Car Show in Cumming GA…The Auto Crusade Car Show is a community car show that has been going on several years….I always look forward to covering this event..Not only are the people of Cummings GA some great host but they always have a bunch of cool at their event…They always have good food..The weather is awesome at this time of the year..Cool custom cars and trucks….but more that that….Everything is welcome at the Auto Crusade Car Show…It doesn’t have to be custom…You will see restomods…Restored…All original…All the manufacturers Ford..Chevrolet..Mopar…And not just American Hot Rods….They also have several imports that show up…They have a excellent autocross track set up for the people that are registered for the Auto Crusade Car Show….If you have never been to this event..Check it out and if you make it every year I hope to see You there this year!!

In this video from The 2019 SEMA Show in Las vegas NV I check out this street legal front engine dragster….And again they really do claim it to be street legal…The SEMA Show is known for having some of the craziest vehicles on the planet…They don’t have to be practical..They just have to be cool…This street legal front engine dragster may not be something You would daily…But it is very cool!!… There is seating for for two…seatbelts….Cup holders!?!…A dome light….lol…A lot of what You wouldn’t expect in a crazy custom front engine street legal dragster…It’s covered in a dark blue paint with some darker ghosted graphics…Very cool…It is powered by a twin turbo V-8 that is putting out around 2500 horsepower according to a interview with the builder I watched….Tires and wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…In this case though I think there was only one way to go and they nailed it….I know a lot of people will scream no way that is street legal…It may not be where you live..But in the south they are pretty liberal about what is street legal and in North Carolina this car was given a plate and a registration…..All I can say is…America!!!…lol…No place I would rather live!!.. I thought this was not only a one of a kind street car…But a very cool custom car build… Hope you dig it to… Check it out!!!

In this video I stop by Rutterz Rodz while out on the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 and checked out a 1966 Dodge Charger they had finished up just before The SEMA Show 2019. Rutterz Rodz in Bristol Tennessee is a shop that sure knows cool…This 1966 Dodge Charger is covered in a bronze color that it wears really well…Bronze is not always a color you would consider painting a Hot Rod but in 1966 these colors were popular and Mike tells Me that they originally were going to paint it black but that they had the opportunity to display the car at the 2020 SEMA Show if they would paint it Axalta’s color of the year…I think it was a good decision!!…The interior is all custom but the 1966 Charger had some cool features from the factory and they left all of those.. A cool mix of modern and original… Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…I really dig the one off custom one they designed…They look like a hubcap from back in the day…But they are a aluminum wheel..Not a cap…A very cool touch!!…Under the hood Rutterz Rodz shoehorned the modern Hellcat power plant…Plenty of power to turn the rear tires over…This 1966 Dodge Charger from Rutterz Rodz is one cool Hot Rod for sure!!…I think You will dig it as much as I do…Check it out!!

In this video I do some walking around at the 2020 Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona Ca. The Grand National Roadster is one of the oldest Custom Car shows in America and always has a ton of cool that shows up…America’s most Beautiful is the major award at the Grand National Roadster Show…But there are only a few that are competing for that….The winning vehicle of that award must be a roadster….I have features on ScottieDTV.com of several of those cars….This video has things that didn’t qualify to compete for that award and that is a big part of the show…I tried to give you a good mix from Hot Rods….Street Rods….Cars…Trucks…Custom…Restored I even threw a few bikes in there…Southern California’s style is different from the East Coast and since I spend most of mine time on the east coast it is always cool to get out there and check out what they have going on…The Grand National Roadster Show is always a good time with a ton of cool to check out. ..I did my best to bring You a little taste of Southern California cool…Hope You enjoy what I have put together… Check it out!!!

In this video from the 2020 Detroit Autorama Detroit MI I found a very cool 2017 Jeep Wrangler Jk called Scrapyard JK….This 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK looks like it is straight out of Mad Max…I mean if you were into running under the radar…It’s still 4 wheel drive….But it’s not a jacked up riding high type of 4 wheel drive…Scrapyard JK is slammed on the ground in the video…I have a feeling you can gain much more ride height somehow…It’s covered in a flat gray with just a hint of green paint…But it may not be paint…Could be a wrap…Or some type of alternative coating…What ever it is…It fits the build well and works with the aggressive look of this 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK from the 2020 Detroit Autorama…It’s right hand drive…..The interior is very military looking….Bomber seats…Military looking gauges and switches…40 inch wheels….Off road tires…Just adds to the beast look of this 2017 Jeep Wrangler…There was no hood on it…But there was a LS setting out there to give it plenty of power to run over anything that gets in your way…This 2017 Jeep Wrangler from the 2020 Detroit Autorama is custom from the front to the back…But they have not lost the look of the Jeep Wrangler JK…You can still see that…I thought it was cool…I bet You will to…Check it out!!!
