The Grand National Roadster is one of the oldest Custom Car shows in America and always has a ton of cool that shows up…America’s most Beautiful is the major award at the Grand National Roadster Show…But there are only a few that are competing for that….The winning vehicle of that award must be a roadster….I have features on ScottieDTV.com of several of those cars….This video has things that didn’t qualify to compete for that award and that is a big part of the show…I tried to give you a good mix from Hot Rods….Street Rods….Cars…Trucks…Custom…Restored I even threw a few bikes in there…Southern California’s style is different from the East Coast and since I spend most of mine time on the east coast it is always cool to get out there and check out what they have going on…The Grand National Roadster Show is always a good time with a ton of cool to check out. ..I did my best to bring You a little taste of Southern California cool…Hope You enjoy what I have put together… Check it out!!!

In this video from the 2020 Detroit Autorama Detroit MI I found a very cool 2017 Jeep Wrangler Jk called Scrapyard JK….This 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK looks like it is straight out of Mad Max…I mean if you were into running under the radar…It’s still 4 wheel drive….But it’s not a jacked up riding high type of 4 wheel drive…Scrapyard JK is slammed on the ground in the video…I have a feeling you can gain much more ride height somehow…It’s covered in a flat gray with just a hint of green paint…But it may not be paint…Could be a wrap…Or some type of alternative coating…What ever it is…It fits the build well and works with the aggressive look of this 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK from the 2020 Detroit Autorama…It’s right hand drive…..The interior is very military looking….Bomber seats…Military looking gauges and switches…40 inch wheels….Off road tires…Just adds to the beast look of this 2017 Jeep Wrangler…There was no hood on it…But there was a LS setting out there to give it plenty of power to run over anything that gets in your way…This 2017 Jeep Wrangler from the 2020 Detroit Autorama is custom from the front to the back…But they have not lost the look of the Jeep Wrangler JK…You can still see that…I thought it was cool…I bet You will to…Check it out!!!

In this video I stop by Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors just as they were finishing up this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Street Machine…The first generation Chevrolet Camaro is a car that has been done every way imaginable….This one is a little different…It two tone satin black over bright orange this may not work for everyone…But I’m good with it…This 69 Camaro also has a vinyl top with the trim done in shinny black…The boys at Pro Auto Custom Interiors came up with a interior that goes well with that…As Steve tells Me it’s mostly all black but that they used different materials to give it some contrast…The only real color in it is the orange stitch they used to hold it all together…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…The black spoke pattern ones they chose works well with the rest of the build…Under the hood there is a LS7 and some light panel work much cleaner that stock….But not over done….This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro was built to drive and now the driver will be very comfortable while doing it….I thought it was a cool build..I think you will feel the same way…Check it out!!

In this video from the 2019 SEMA Show Las Vegas Nv I check out the Toyota Supra display the Toyota Motor Corporation had there…Toyota always has a big presents at the SEMA Show and with them bringing back the Supra 2019 was all about the legendary sports car…I have always been a fan of the Toyota Supra and the latest version is as cool as they have ever been…In this video I don’t focus on one car…I do quick walk around on about 10 of them they had displayed at the 2019 SEMA Show…I’ll be honest as big of a fan of the Supra I am….I know very little about the specs and technical side of them….All I claim to know is cool…And these cars are very cool…There are several different styles and colors on display in this video…I sure enjoyed checking them out and I hope You enjoy seeing them as well…Nothing but Toyota Supra from the 2019 SEMA Show….Check them out!!

In this video I’m at the 2020 Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona Ca and I came across a very cool Suburban…I couldn’t find a lot of information on it..I don’t know the year or even if it is a Chevrolet or GMC…The one thing I can tell You about it…It is very cool….Covered in a green candy pearl color that it wears well…The roof is like a coat of many colors several colors in a tasteful design surrounding the whole that is there…Not a sunroof but a whole that takes up a large portion of of the roof with a canvas that can be pulled over it when Your looking for a little less circulation or those rare times when it rains in Southern California…Very cool custom addition for sure…The interior is all custom and done in a green and purple leather…The back is transparent so that you can see all the custom work on the underside of this Suburban from the 2020 Grans National Roadster Show… Wheels are always a personal choice and no on set will please everyone…I’m cool with the ones they chose for this family cruiser from the Grand National Roadster Show…Under the hood more custom work and a very clean install…I can’t tell You what powers it…But I’m sure it will make enough power to cruise the Southern California coast…This truck is a example of why I like to visit the West coast.. They have a different style than the East Coast and it always makes me smile…I’m sure it will do the same for You….Check it out!!

In this video I stop by Rutterz Rodz in Bristol TN and check out a 1957 Ford Custom they built. This 1957 Ford Custom is kind of a sleeper…One that You might walk by thinking that it was just a very nice restored car and that is exactly what Rutterz Rods wants You to think…Their interpretation of what a modern F Code car would be.. The body is arrow straight of course and the gaps are all perfect…. Sporting a black and lead foot grey two tone paint job…Not the original color of the car…But they are Ford colors and this 1957 Ford Custom wears them well…The interior is a custom all leather interior and looks like something that would have come from Ford back in the day…They were even able to source some new old stock insert material for it…A very cool touch for sure…Nothing fancy though…Again this is a 1957 Ford Custom…The lowest trim level with a back seat available in 1957…The interior design goes very well with the understated cool of the rest of the build…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…These one off custom wheels with the stock looking Ford hubcap work well for Me…The F code cars of the day where the high horsepower versions…Sticking with that theme of the build Rutterz Rodz shoehorned the Supercharged 5.4L Shelby GT 500 engine under the stock hood and it look as if it has always been there…..This 1957 Ford Custom from Rutterz Rodz is one cool hot rod for sure…I’m sure You will want to check it out!!!

In this video I check out a 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 from the 2019 SEMA Show…The Chevrolet Camaro gets done to death so I always like to see when someone resurrects a Pontiac from the past and a 1971 Pontiac Formula 400 is a good one to do…Covered in Brewster Green and trimmed in a dark gun metal grey and this 71 Formula wears them well…The car has been in the same family since it was new and the current owner didn’t want to change it…They just wanted to clean it up and add a little more cool…The interior is custom…But not a crazy custom just a nice upgrade to what was stock from Pontiac…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone but I like the wheels they chose to run on this 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 from the 2019 SEMA Show…Under the hood has been upgraded to a LS376 crate motor and some more late model technology…The suspension has also been ungraded to modern parts……This 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 from the 2019 SEMA Show is a cool car with a cool history..I’m sure You will like it as much as I did…Check it out!!

In this video I stop by Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors just as they are finishing up a 1970 Chevrolet El Camino that was built by Alloway’s Hot Rod Shop…Pro Auto Custom Interiors does just about all of Alloway’s Hot Rod Shops custom interiors and I always look forward to seeing what they come up with…This 1970 Chevrolet El Camino has all the usual things we expect from a Alloway Hot Rod…Laser straight body covered in mile deep black paint…This El Camino has some dark grey stripes on the hood also….No body mods…Just uniform gaps and crisp straight lines….One off custom wheels that are styled after the original Super Sport wheels from back in the day…Of course they are much bigger than anything the factory offered back in 1970…The first set of these wheels went to Alloway’s Hot Rod Shop for this 1970 Chevrolet El Camino….The next set could be yours as now they will be offered to the public…And to bring it all together a all leather custom interior by Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors…Bobby isn’t into the over the top custom type interiors…He usually request something that looks like it could be stock…Just a lot cooler and of better quality…Steve and the Boys delivered exactly what this build needed….Not crazy…Just cool and clean…Under the cowl inducted hood is a Chevrolet 502 Big Block and some cleaning up from what you would have received from the factory back in 1970…This 1970 Chevrolet El Camino built by Alloway’s Hot Rod with a Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interior is clean and cool for sure…I’m sure you will agree…Check it out!!
