The 1958 Chevrolet Apache pickup “Dream Catcher” from The SEMA Show 2017…Built by RMD Garage of the Velocity TV show with the same name…This 1958 Chevrolet Apache is custom from the headlights to the tailgate..But nothing that takes away from the original cool of a 58 Apache….The two tone silver/Grey paint has a liquid look to it…The bed floor is completely translucent and looks like it came that way from Chevrolet……..The underside is also finished to a very highly cool level…Of course it has a awesome stance provided by Ridetech suspension…The interior has a Pro Touring vibe to it….Fits the truck very well and the color choice is spot on!!…There is a LS3 under the hood surrounded my some very nice tin work… I think you’ll dig it…..Check it out!!!

The 1930 Ford Model A “Bulley” from The SEMA Show 2017…The paint is as crazy as I have ever seen on any build at any time…Over 3000 hours in the paint work alone….It has a 540 all aluminum HEMI with a 871 blower all polished out front…But it’s the paint that is mind blowing…..It has big wide tires setting out back with wheels deep enough to nap in…But it’s the paint that will blow your mind…The interior is all custom…Crazy…Over the top cool…And wait till you see the PAINT! in there…lol….This is one you will remember for the rest of your life…Very cool build for sure…Even if over the top is not your thing…You will still want to see the paint on this one…Very cool for sure…Check it out!!!!

A very nice 1961 Chevrolet Impala I found down at Cruisin’ The Coast 2017…My buddy Ronnie had several cars down there this year one of the them being this Black on Red 1961 Chevrolet Bubble Top…Setting on all Ridetech suspension….Billet Specialties wheels..LS2 under the hood…Other than that the car has all the cool left alone….The interior is custom…But has a very factory upgrade look from back in 1961….I mean it’s a 61 bubble top…slammed to the ground….Does it get any cooler than that?!?! Like…Share….Check it out!!

The 1971 Mach 1 Mustang “71 Mach Foose Mustang” was given a new life by Chip and his team. They dropped the classic 71′ Mustang body onto a modern 2010 Mustang GT, and extended the wheelbase by 3 inches. The front end is been all redone and I really like what they did there still Mach 1 Mustang,,,,But cleaner…The flatness of the 71’s stock rear quarter panels was addressed by replacing them with quarter panels from a 70 Mustang. These new panels added new shape and width to fit wider rear wheels & tires..It’s a Foose Design so of course it’s way cool…Check it out!!!

A 1958 Chevrolet Viking 40 Farm Truck… Mid Engine…. Custom… Beast!.. I found at The SEMA Show 2017……Evapo-Rust Rust remover had the truck built to show just one of the many uses of their product….The truck was found setting under a tree where it had been since the 70’s….They pulled the cab…And everything else is custom…The twin turbo 6.6 LT duramax diesel has been moved to behind the cab…The Chassis is all one off hand built by Travis Ball at Ball Fabrication….It has a full custom interior….Custom one off dual wheels in the back…This thing is crazy cool..Check it out!!

A 1969 Pontiac Firebird Goolsby Custom had at The SEMA Show 2017…The Car was brought to them as just a haul…Johnathan Goolsby tells me that they started there and just put their spin on it.
They cleaned a few things up but no real big changes…I mean you wouldn’t want to to change a 1969 Pontiac Firebird they were cool from the factory…They lowered the stance….Added some cool wheels…It has a custom interior….But again nothing over the top…The color reminds me of bare metal…Very cool!…Then all the trim is gloss black…LS2 under the hood…But not a lot of crazy paneling …Just a very cool..clean street beater!!…Check it out!!!

The Carrera Digital 132 Wrecker was announced in 2016 but didn’t make it to market till 2017….By the time it reached the US market it had pretty much sold out….This is the first truck that Carrera has ever made and it is the first Tow Truck slot car by any company that can actually tow a vehicle….It has working flashing lights on the roof, Working taillights .Working break lights and Xenon headlights…It has big chrome stacks…5 spoke wheels…And the thing that makes me smile as much as anything…Whitewalls!!

The 1958 Lincoln Continental Convertible “Maybelle” built by Kindig-It Designs…I caught up with at The SEMA Show 2017….This is one of those cars that will catch your eye weather you like it or not…You will still stare at it….I am a fan…The blue they used on the body is very bright…And very cool…And the Bentley color they used on the interior just pops! against it….Under the peekaboo hood you will find a Ryan Falconer twin supercharged V-12…Because a big car…Needs a big motor…There are numerous body mod and the underside is just a awesome as the top…This is a Classy cool build that I think you will like as much as Me….Check it out!!!

The Tramontana XTR…I found it at The SEMA 2017…At the time I had had no idea what I was looking at…I did some research and from what I can tell this is the only one in the United States…It kinda looks like and Formula One car and a Fighter jet had a baby….From what I can tell this is the road version….They actually make a race version!?!…It is powered by a Twin Turbo V-12…Over 700 HP….The canape opens to reveal seating for two?…It is air conditioned….And you can get a stereo…All comforts one needs….Talk about making a entrance when you arrive?!!…This is the car to do it in…Very cool for sure…Check it out!!!

So as I child I had several Slot Car sets…But as a adult I could never figure out how to have anything nice but yet be able to move it if I needed…A couple a years ago I moved into a two bedroom condo and have been trying to figure out if there was any way ever since….A couple of months ago I had a stroke of genius….If I built a platform that was around three feet tall…I would not lose any of the storage what the room was mainly used for…But I also use it for a place for guest to stay when they visite…So there was that….I don’t keep a stationary bed in that room…I have a air mattress….So the bed would not always be there….This is what we came up with…It’s built in three sections…So it can be taken down and carried out….It’s tall enough so that I didn’t lose any of my storage…And there is enough room for a queen size air mattress with enough room for someone to stay comfortably….I can’t tell you hove excited I am to be back racing slot cars…They are not the same as back in the day when I was a kid…They are much cooler now…The plan to to do update videos as I progress through building my own private raceway…Going to be very cool…Check it out!!!
