That's right....This car has been certified for road use....Larry White is a guy who loves race cars...He loves working on them....He loves watching them race...He just loves being around them...The problem is that Larry has Cerebral Palsy and Can't drive....So a few years ago his Uncle ended up with a retried Dirt Car...
