In this video from the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green KY I check out the Astro II Chevrolet Corvette Concept Car...This was My first visit to the National Corvette Museum and one of the things that blew My mind was that all those years we kept hearing that a Mid Engine Chevrolet Corvette was right around the corner...It was always in the works...As soon as Zora was hired He started working on a Mid Engine Corvette...The Astro II is one of the earlier versions...An although it never made it to the Showroom floor...Some of the styling queues did...If You have never been to the National Corvette Museum, You need to put it on Your bucket list...Even if You are not a Big Chevrolet Corvette fan...It's still a cool place to learn about American Sports Car History and they do a very good job of making it interesting and fun. I can't wait to go back again..There is so much to see.
